Lead DesignerI built my experience in the bicycle industry with Scott, Specialized and Cero, where I particularly developed the product identity of UNNO bikes. A hunger for discovery and adventure, as well as a passion for great design, functional details and recognizable aesthetics, are my infinite source of ideas. For the past 4 years, Kairn has collaborated with some of the greatest outdoor brands, and was design partner with Ghost and Lapierre.

mechanical engineerMy zealous love for design and bikes means at 20 I was designing, simulating and producing my own bikes, followed by bike parts, stem, hubs, link, etc. This passion for mechanical engineering led to a career starting at Nicolai, followed by two crazy racing years working with Toyota Gazoo racing Europe, then 5 years collaborating with Scott Sports as a bike engineer, responsible of projects such as 2019 Ransom, 2022 Spark Aluminium and more. What I find thrilling about my work is going from geometry to kinematic to design, then production and finally riding it through the paces, and learning.

Industrial DesignerFor as long as I remember, I've always been passionate about bicycles and drawing things. I truly believe bikes are the most empowering object we have, and a fantastic tool in the environmental changes to come. I've been a bike designer for 7 years now, mostly at Kairn design after a quick experience at Commençal. On the riding side, my first love is BMX, and I extended it to MTB, then travel and road. Steel is real!

We tailor our processes to the bike's program: Weight and stiffness optimization, ergonomics, maintenance, testing standards, all technical aspects of the bike are enhanced and modified, evolving towards design freeze and industrial standards. Here tools are important, meaning we optimize our workflow to keep quality and reactivity in mind, working in close collaboration with your manufacturer to finalize our work to their industrial capacities and needs.

All communication aspects are important to provide your brand with the support it needs, be it on the product itself to highlight the bike's aesthetics with color and graphics creation, or with design guidelines for the rest of your product range.
